Transforming Rural Communities
Our community development program was launched in early 2024 with the goal of creating sustainable economic opportunities in rural areas of Ghana. Through strategic partnerships with local organizations and government agencies, we have successfully implemented initiatives that address key challenges facing these communities.
Program Achievements
Job Creation and Skills Development
The 500 new jobs created through our initiative span various sectors including logistics support, agricultural processing, and small-scale manufacturing. We have prioritized hiring from local communities and providing comprehensive training to ensure sustainable employment opportunities.
- Logistics and transportation support roles - 200 positions
- Agricultural processing and packaging - 150 positions
- Small-scale manufacturing and crafts - 100 positions
- Administrative and customer service roles - 50 positions

Small Business Support Program
Our small business support initiative has provided financial assistance, mentorship, and market access to 50 local enterprises. These businesses range from agricultural cooperatives to artisan workshops, each contributing to the economic diversification of their communities.
